Commissioner invites applications for £75k funding pot

Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw has relaunched his Community Action Fund (CAF) by making £75,000 available to fund grass roots initiatives that help cut crime, reduce re-offending or support victims.
