Collaboration Agreement in relation to Fire Investigation Police Collaboration

Decision:

I have considered a request form the Chief Constable to consider entering into a collaboration agreement with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.

After careful consideration I have agreed

1.to enter into the Fire Investigation Police Collaboration, as presented, to consolidate and formalise the existing working relationship between Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service

2.to authorise the Chief Executive execute the agreement on my behalf.

Issue:

College of Policing Memorandum of Understanding

Decision:

The College of Policing (CoP) is seeking to vary the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Force’s use of CoP learning and training materials. This new MoU will cover multiple years and will only be updated if and when there are any significant changes made to the agreement within the MoU.

I have considered and approve the College of Policing's (CoP) request to vary the Memorandum of Understanding (Ref. no. SL1638) for the Force’s use of CoP learning and training materials.

I have authorised the Chief Executive to execute the Memorandum of Understanding on my behalf.
