Letter of Intent
Decision:
I have considered a report seeking my authority to sign the letter of intent provided by blue light commercial (BLC) limited for its benefit which will invoke the guarantee for the circumstances as set out in the report now presented.
Securing this guarantee will enable BLC to operate as a contracting authority, following novation from PDS, for the following contracts ; Adobe, Oracle, IBM and VM ware.
Accordingly, after careful consideration I have agreed to sign the letter of intent and authorise the Chief Executive to execute this decision on my behalf.
